George Casalicchio
CEO
George Casalicchio has formed a team of esteemed hospitality professionals to bring us Radici Italian Chophouse.
With 20+ years of experience, George has led many styles of restaurants across the globe, from casual to fine dining. His career started in a New York based Italian restaurant working his way up from busboy to manager. George also trained at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Costigliole d'Asti, Italy.
George has a deep passion to learn and pass onto others. He has implemented several new brands in his career including Chez Georges Bistro & Bar on Hilton Head Island where he continues to be the managing partner.

Mattia Bianchi
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Mattia Bianchi, born in Turin Italy. Mattia started working from a very young age, as he was born into a restaurant family.
This led him to Five years of Culinary Studies at the Giuseppina Colombatto School in is home city of Turin.
Then Bianchi and moved to work in London where he worked alongside Chef Marcus Wareing, honing his chef experience.
After Three years, Mattia decided to return with the opportunity as the sous chef in a Michelin-star restaurant, Ca Vittoria. With Massimiliano Musso, Mattia gained the experience of Running a world class kitchen, as well as high level food and beverage events.
During this period, Chef Bianchi also as a culinary professor at the International School of Italian Cuisine ICIF.
Chef is now the Executive Chef at Chez Georges Bistro & Bar on
Hilton Head Island, SC

Giandomenico Perstopino
CHEF
Giandomenico Prestopino, born in Melito di Porto Salvo, Italy.
Giandomenico took classes in Hospitality as a focus in school.
After that Prestopino went on to attend the prestigious Alma international school of Italian cuisine. During his time there he was able to significantly his food knowledge and technical background,
After graduation Giandomenico took the opportunity to enter the haute cuisine sector, worked with Chef Musso at CA VITTORIA. for a period of Four years at the Michelin Stared restaurant as Sous Chef Prestopino sharpened his culinary skills and style.
Chef Giandomenico is currently employed at Chez Georges Bistro & Bar on Hilton Head Island, SC

Camilla Eula
MANAGER
Camilla Eula was born in Turin, Italy, and graduated from the Hotel Management School in Turin. Shortly after, she completed a post-diploma specialization in marketing and management.
While studying, Camilla began working in the hospitality sector as a receptionist and travel agent. During that time, she also worked as a waitress in restaurants, eventually being promoted to head waitress and then assistant manager.
Camilla next took an opportunity in London for two years as an assistant manager at Savurè.
Ms. Eula returned to Italy to become a corporate restaurant manager overseeing two different locations of the same brand.
Camilla's career brought her to the Bluffton area last year and is currently working as the restaurant manager at Chez George’s on Hilton Head Island and Radici Italian Chophouse.
